Associate Director – MedTech Hunter (Business Development) – United States

The Associate Director – MedTech Hunter will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the US MedTech market. This role involves securing partnerships with medical device OEMs, diagnostics companies, and healthcare technology firms. The primary focus is to position the company's CMO/CDMO manufacturing capabilities and Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) services to support customers throughout the medical device lifecycle, from design transfer and industrialization to manufacturing, regulatory approvals, and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new medical device customers, building and managing a robust pipeline of CMO/CDMO and regulatory consulting opportunities, and promoting contract manufacturing services such as design transfer, NPI, industrialization, and scalable manufacturing. The role also entails advocating for QARA services, including EU MDR, FDA submissions, regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and DHF/DMR support.

The successful candidate will engage senior stakeholders across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. This position is crucial for expanding strategic accounts and delivering significant revenue growth in the US market.
