Delivery Manager – Bangalore, India

The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills, extensive automation deployment experience, and proven customer leadership. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless implementation of complex robotics solutions within live warehouse environments. Key responsibilities include leading project delivery by owning warehouse automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet performance targets, along with managing budgets and mitigating risks.

The role also involves overseeing the integration of robotics systems, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and material handling infrastructure to successfully automate warehouse workflows. Furthermore, the Delivery Manager will be responsible for building and scaling operations by managing system integrators, vendors, and contractors, as well as creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scaling delivery teams.

Continuous improvement is a core aspect of this position, focusing on reducing deployment timelines, enhancing delivery efficiency, and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards for performance monitoring. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong execution mindset, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities in complex environments, high ownership, accountability, and excellent communication skills.
