As a Sr./Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and development to quickly and professionally reach your full potential. The company will equip you with the skills to build and manage your own candidate and client portfolio, effectively running a business within a business.

Daily responsibilities will include interviewing candidates globally, crafting and posting job advertisements, taking client briefs, sourcing and headhunting talent, negotiating compensation, maintaining client relationships, managing job offers, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, focus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should be likeable, sociable, and possess a strong desire to succeed.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in B.Com/BA, and good experience in recruitment, demonstrating best recruitment practices, a strong work ethic, and independence. Experience from top consulting firms and in handling international candidates and global recruitment is mandatory.
