Business Head - Transportation – Frankfurt, Germany

Ficus e Logic is seeking an experienced Business Head for a client's Transportation Business Unit (TBU) in Germany. This pivotal role involves comprehensive ownership of business operations and P&L for the German TBU. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while also managing forecasting and delivery performance.

The role requires building and nurturing relationships with German OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and automotive technology partners. A key focus will be identifying and cultivating new business opportunities across critical areas such as Software Defined Vehicle (SDV), E/E Architecture, ADAS, Vehicle Engineering, Validation, Connected Vehicles, Cockpit, and Electrification. The Business Head will also lead delivery governance, manage customer escalations, and conduct program reviews.

Furthermore, the role entails developing a customer engagement model tailored for the German market, supported by offshore engineering teams. The incumbent will be expected to closely monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sourcing strategies within the dynamic German automotive industry. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in automotive engineering and a proven track record of P&L ownership.
