Payments SME – Philippines

Ficus e Logic is seeking a highly experienced Payments Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a multi-vendor, multi-country team. This role involves analyzing payment requirements and designing solutions for RTGS, SWIFT, cards, and real-time payment system integration on Finastra GPP. The SME will be responsible for designing and documenting GPP integration with upstream and downstream applications through MQ/API, including data mapping and transformation logic.

The successful candidate will lead discussions with stakeholders, interface teams, platform vendors, and the Solution Architecture team to finalize integration points. They will own the preparation, review, and sign-off of Interface Specification Documents (ISDs) for payments integrations, and support core banking workflows for cross-border payments, including SWIFT/ISO 20022 message flows. This is a hands-on role requiring an individual contributor who can independently drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
