Senior Project Manager – Philippines

Ficus e Logic is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-vendor, and multi-country core banking implementation projects. This role involves leading distributed teams across the Philippines, India, and Singapore, ensuring seamless coordination and resolving potential friction points. The successful candidate will manage multiple vendors and product partners, ensuring adherence to a single delivery plan and commitments.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for robust governance and stakeholder management, acting as the primary delivery contact for the project and collaborating with client executive stakeholders. Key responsibilities include running structured governance, presenting progress and risks to executive stakeholders, and managing program risks, including regulatory considerations relevant to Philippine banking operations. The role also encompasses comprehensive program and delivery management, including owning the delivery plan, tracking effort, budget, and schedule, and managing scope and change control across various project phases.
